2× bully sticks
One for ascent, one for descent. The descent one matters more.
Backup chew (Himalayan / Kong)
In case the first is refused. Both introduced at home beforehand.

For giving medications and reward. Not for feeding.
Collapsible bowl + small water bottle
Offer water during cruise. Hydration helps nausea.
Thundershirt
On 15–20 mins before boarding, not at the gate.
Worn t-shirt or familiar blanket
Your scent in the carrier. Do this every time.
Bach Rescue Remedy
2–4 drops on gums at boarding. Non-sedating.
Favourite toy
Familiar smell and texture. Something they already love.
Travel health certificate
Issued within 10 days of departure.
Vaccination + titer records
Medication list with doses
Written copy for customs if asked.
Vet contact number
For remote advice in transit if needed.
Ear cleaning solution — gentle post-flight clean. Check for redness or discharge in the hours after landing.
Probiotic supplement — travel disrupts gut flora. Start on arrival, continue a few days.
