Singapore classifies origin countries by rabies risk into three schedules. Your documents, your timeline, and your quarantine situation depend entirely on which schedule your origin country falls into. Most people don't know their schedule until they've already started in the wrong direction.

For Schedule II countries — France, USA, Germany, Japan, most of Europe — a FAVN-accredited blood draw must happen before anything else moves. The clock runs from the draw date, not the result date. An 11-week minimum follows. Miss this and you're rebooking flights.

The AVS list of recognised agents has 38 names. Some are inactive. Some handle exports only. Some go quiet after the deposit. There is no rating system. Cleared for Landing includes nine researched agents with traceable credentials and real contact details.

After you surrender your pet at Lost and Found, they are processed by customs and transferred to CAPQ. Between 60 and 120 minutes. If your agent is not physically at Changi, your pet waits in a holding area. This is the normal experience of doing this without preparation.
